Sephora Operations Associate

1. Support daily store operations to ensure a smooth, efficient retail environment.
2. Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
3. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect brand standards and event activations.
4. Deliver excellent client service and support the sales team to achieve store performance goals.
5. Maintain operational standards, follow company policies and uphold health, safety and loss‑prevention procedures.
6. Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and promote Sephora’s values of belonging.
7. Provide reliable attendance and meet required minimum weekly scheduling needs, including nights, weekends and holidays.
8. Perform physical tasks as required, including lifting and moving product (up to 50 pounds).

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client‑facing environment.
2. Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities with attention to detail.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team‑oriented and goal driven.
4. Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate it to clients.
5. Flexible availability to work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
6. Physically able to lift and carry merchandise up to 50 pounds.
