1. Execute daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain product availability and operational standards.
2. Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the salesfloor reflects Sephora’s brand and campaign directives.
3. Deliver exceptional client service by assisting the sales team in creating outstanding customer experiences and contributing to sales objectives.
4. Maintain store safety, adherence to company policies and loss‑prevention practices to create a secure shopping environment.
5. Contribute to a collaborative team culture, promoting inclusivity and supporting colleagues during peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays).

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or other client‑facing environments (or equivalent transferable experience).
2. Excellent organizational skills with strong time management and the ability to follow operational procedures.
3. Clear verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable supporting team objectives and client interactions.
4. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine tasks in a fast‑paced retail setting.
5. Reliable availability for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
