Sephora Operations Analyst

1. Request and track evidence of gondolas and store spaces.
2. Obtain store permissions for supplier or brand entry.
3. Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for the Incubation Fund and follow up on approvals.
4. Compile productivity reports for categories on a monthly and semi-annual basis.
5. Support virtual store visits for retrofit audits and complete visit reports.
6. Generate POs for merchandising operations projects and assist in their follow-up.
7. Facilitate communication of brand movements to stores and ensure follow-up.
8. Assist in merchandising activities for store openings.

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Industrial Design, Business, or a related field.
2. 1 to 2 years of experience in operational roles.
3. Advanced proficiency in English (oral and written).

4. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
