Sephora Manager, Technical Training

1. Plan and execute comprehensive training programs for non-exempt operations personnel at the Omnichannel Distribution Center (ODC) in Avon, Indiana.
2. Collaborate with DC Operations Leaders and Industrial Engineers to identify training needs and develop relevant curriculum and materials.
3. Manage and develop ODC Training Coordinators to enhance their skills and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
4. Maintain technical proficiency in warehouse management systems and material handling equipment, ensuring training programs reflect current technologies.
5. Develop and revise training manuals, curriculum, and educational resources for various operational functions.
6. Collaborate with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) manager to deliver compliance training programs, including safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
7. Conduct ongoing needs analysis to address skills gaps and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs).
8. Develop soft skill curriculum targeted for non-exempt operations roles.
9. Implement key metrics to assess training effectiveness and impact on departmental performance.
10. Utilize and administer the Learning Management System (LMS) to track training progress and manage content.
11. Stay updated on training and development trends, recommending innovative approaches to enhance learning effectiveness.
12. Conduct regular audits of training programs and records for compliance.

1. 5+ years of experience in a training role within a distribution center or similar environment.
2. Proven experience in developing and delivering technical training programs.
3. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration.
4. Strong understanding of OSHA and other safety regulations.
5. Track record of successfully managing and developing training teams.

5+ years of experience in a training role within a distribution center or similar environment.

The annual base salary range for this position is $96,390.00 - $107,730.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
