Sephora Manager, Systems Engineering — WMS & Distribution Center Systems

1. Plan, direct and coordinate all Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Distribution Center (DC) systems activities across the site.
2. Lead the WMS Production Engineering team to implement new functionality, diagnose complex incidents, determine root cause and engineer robust solutions.
3. Improve DC reliability and system stability through preventive maintenance, incident remediation and validation of downtimes.
4. Provide resource management and operational oversight for all DC systems, ensuring adherence to SLAs and timely incident resolution.
5. Establish and maintain metrics and reporting for IT and DC Operations leadership to measure team effectiveness and system health.
6. Coordinate cross-functionally with DC operations, carriers and transportation teams to integrate WMS, WES/WCS and TMS workflows.

1. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management or related field plus 4 years’ relevant experience; OR Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 6 years’ relevant experience.
2. Proven hands-on experience with JDA/Blue Yonder application development and support in a distribution environment.
3. Demonstrated programming and database proficiency (C, SQL, PL/SQL) and experience with SQL/JDA table structures.
4. Practical knowledge of DC operational practices, SLAs, downtimes and validation processes.
5. Demonstrated leadership of technical teams, with experience managing priorities, resources and stakeholder communication.
6. Ability to work on site as required; position permits manager-approved remote work flexibility.

Master’s degree plus 4 years in a Logistics Engineer, Analyst or related role, or Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years. Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting JDA/Blue Yonder and other DC systems, with a track record of leading engineering teams in distribution/warehouse environments.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred; Bachelor’s degree accepted with additional experience.
