1. Lead, coach, and inspire Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional service and artistry.
2. Provide ongoing training in makeup techniques, product knowledge, and selling skills.
3. Stay updated with makeup trends and guide customers and team.
4. Drive service and sales performance through personalized consultations and upselling.
5. Oversee the Booxi appointment system for seamless service bookings.
6. Build expertise in My Skin Diag for high-quality consultations.
7. Maintain Beauty Hub standards, ensuring stock and service areas are optimal.
8. Partner with store leadership for impactful campaigns and activations.
9. Conduct performance conversations and support team development.
10. Manage Employee Relations processes professionally.
