Sephora Maintenance Technician

1. Perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities as assigned.
2. Conduct preventive maintenance tasks on motorized material handling and warehousing equipment.
3. Check, change, and clean powered industrial truck batteries.
4. Document equipment repairs and adjustments accurately.
5. Provide general labor and custodial services as needed.
6. Assist in setup, teardown, and cleanup of company events.
7. Ensure compliance with safety laws and Sephora's safety policies.
8. Maintain a flexible work schedule, including required overtime.

1. High School diploma or equivalent with technical training and/or experience.
2. Background in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

1. Knowledge of general maintenance practices for motorized material handling equipment.
2. Proficiency in operating standard hand/power tools and shop equipment safely.
3. Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.
4. Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
5. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
7. Flexibility to respond to changing priorities and needs.

Entry-level position requiring a background in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Experience in material handling equipment maintenance is preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent with technical training and/or experience.

Starting base pay is $26.50 - $28.35/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
