Sephora Loyalty Program Specialist

- Manage selected activities within the loyalty program for Sephora Poland and Sephora Czech Republic from the Warsaw office.
- Achieve annual goals related to the program within defined KPIs.
- Plan and execute sales and communication campaigns for loyalty program clients, including scheduling, assortment selection, targeting, and campaign verification.
- Monitor campaign results, propose improvements, and implement them.
- Collaborate closely with the CRM team at Sephora's European headquarters and coordinate key projects between Poland and Czech Republic.
- Work with brands, suppliers, agencies, and distributors to define and implement customer loyalty strategies.
- Co-create and implement marketing and sales plans for individual brands and categories.
- Collaborate across departments such as Marketing, Assortment, Sales, Ecommerce, Logistics, and Inventory for key loyalty activities.
- Create and regularly analyze reports, propose actions based on analysis, and prepare presentations.
- Identify business opportunities for category development and process optimization.
- Co-create and implement the loyalty program development strategy at Sephora.
- Monitor market trends and consumer behaviors.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Fluent in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Higher education, preferably in economics, marketing, or business-related fields.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Czech or French is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, proactive attitude, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in project work, cross-departmental, and international collaboration.
- Experience in the retail, beauty, or fashion industry is an advantage.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail, beauty, or fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree in economics, marketing, business, or a related field.
