1. Protect store assets against theft.
2. Collaborate with management to prevent losses.
3. Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and use CCTV to identify and report suspicious activities.
4. Identify and report potential internal theft opportunities to store management.
5. Adhere to Sephora's policies and procedures regarding suspicious cases, ensuring evidence preservation.
6. Report all incidents of theft, merchandise recovery, accident investigations, and audits to relevant departments.
7. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases.
8. Develop and maintain professional relationships with store staff, local law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers.
9. Assist with store audits, safety checks, and communicate results to store leadership.
10. Support inventory processes and ensure timely and cyclical inventory checks.
11. Maintain updated store licenses and ensure availability backstage.
12. Execute and comply with all Sephora policies and procedures.
13. Complete all My SEPHORA Learning trainings.
14. Raise awareness among store staff about loss prevention.
15. Participate in touchbases and contribute to new employee training.

1. Experience in loss prevention.
2. Retail experience preferred.

1. Written and verbal communication skills.
2. Logical reasoning.
3. Basic computer knowledge preferred.

Beginner level experience in loss prevention is required, with retail experience being advantageous.

High school diploma or equivalent.
