1. Perform professional beauty services in the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application according to company protocols.
2. Deliver personalized client consultations to recommend products and services, educate clients on trends and techniques, and build lasting relationships.
3. Drive sales and rebook clients for follow-up services to contribute to store revenue and service targets.
4. Maintain active state licensure, adhere to hygiene, health and safety standards, and follow Sephora operational policies.
5. Support a collaborative, inclusive store environment and contribute to team goals and merchandising standards.
6. Work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; ensure punctuality and reliable attendance.

1. Active cosmetology/esthetician license or equivalent authorizing waxing, makeup and false eyelash services in the state of California.
2. 1–3 years of experience in a beauty services role, or in retail, hospitality or client-facing service environments.
3. Strong product knowledge across skincare, makeup and lash categories, with up-to-date awareness of beauty trends and techniques.
4. Proven ability to deliver consultative, service-driven client experiences and to meet sales/service targets.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform hands-on services for extended periods.
6. Availability for required minimum weekly shifts and peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

1–3 years of client-facing experience in a beauty services role or in retail, hospitality or service environments; demonstrated track record of consultative selling and service delivery.
