Sephora Licensed Beauty Advisor

1. Deliver licensed in‑store beauty services including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application according to Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
2. Consult with clients to assess needs, provide personalized product and service recommendations, and convert consultations into product sales and rebooked appointments.
3. Maintain and renew required professional licensure, follow all health, safety and hygiene protocols, and ensure the Beauty Studio meets company standards.
4. Contribute to store performance by meeting service and sales targets, supporting merchandising and product knowledge initiatives, and assisting with inventory and daily store operations as needed.
5. Promote an inclusive, collaborative environment by supporting teammates, participating in training, and delivering a high-quality, welcoming client experience.

1. Active, state‑valid license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash services in the state where services are provided.
2. 1–3 years of relevant experience in a licensed beauty role or in retail, hospitality or customer service.
3. Availability for retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts for a part‑time role (15–29 hrs/week).
4. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
5. Demonstrated client service skills, punctuality and commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
