1. Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application according to Sephora’s service menu.
2. Drive sales and service rebookings to help achieve store performance targets and individual KPIs.
3. Educate and advise clients on product selection, application techniques and at-home routines to foster long-term client relationships.
4. Maintain active state licensure and uphold rigorous hygiene, health and safety standards for all services.
5. Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store culture by supporting teammates and adhering to Sephora’s customer service and operational policies.
6. Work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet punctuality and attendance expectations.

1. Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash application in the state where services are performed.
2. 1–3 years of experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or another client-facing role preferred.
3. Demonstrated product knowledge across cosmetics, skincare and service techniques.
4. Proven ability to deliver personalized client service and build repeat clientele.
5. Ability to work flexibly during peak retail hours and reliably meet required weekly shifts.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
