Sephora Licensed Beauty Advisor (Part Time)

1. Perform professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application according to Sephora’s service menu.
2. Deliver personalized consultations to educate clients on products, trends and application techniques; recommend and sell retail products to drive store results.
3. Book and rebook beauty services to build client loyalty and contribute to store sales targets.
4. Maintain active state licensure where required, and consistently uphold health, safety and hygiene protocols.
5. Support an inclusive, collaborative team culture and comply with company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
6. Be reliably available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

1. Active, state‑issued license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash services in the state where services are performed.
2. 1–3 years of experience in a similar beauty services role or in retail, hospitality, or other customer‑facing environments.
3. Demonstrable knowledge of beauty products, services, trends and professional application techniques.
4. Proven ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting client relationships.
5. Punctual, dependable, and able to meet minimum weekly shift/hour requirements for part‑time scheduling.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
