Sephora Licensed Beauty Advisor (Part Time)

- Perform professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application according to Sephora’s service menu.
- Deliver personalized consultations to educate clients on products, trends and application techniques; recommend and sell retail products to drive store results.
- Book and rebook beauty services to build client loyalty and contribute to store sales targets.
- Maintain active state licensure where required, and consistently uphold health, safety and hygiene protocols.
- Support an inclusive, collaborative team culture and comply with company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
- Be reliably available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Active, state‑issued license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash services in the state where services are performed.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar beauty services role or in retail, hospitality, or other customer‑facing environments.
- Demonstrable knowledge of beauty products, services, trends and professional application techniques.
- Proven ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting client relationships.
- Punctual, dependable, and able to meet minimum weekly shift/hour requirements for part‑time scheduling.
