1. Deliver professional beauty services including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application in accordance with Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
2. Drive sales and achieve store targets by recommending products, rebooking services and converting consultations into purchases.
3. Provide personalised client consultations that build long-term relationships and loyalty.
4. Maintain active licensure and consistently follow hygiene, health and safety protocols during services.
5. Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented store culture and assist with daily retail operations to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.

1. Active, state-recognized license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application in the state where services are delivered.
2. 1–3 years’ experience in a beauty services role or in customer-facing retail, hospitality or service environments.
3. Availability to work required weekly shifts including nights, weekends and holidays; dependable punctuality and attendance.
4. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 pounds while performing duties.

6. Strong knowledge of prestige beauty products, trends and ingredients
7. Adherence to hygiene, sanitation and safety protocols
8. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) operations and appointment booking workflows

1–3 years of client-facing experience in beauty services, retail or hospitality with demonstrated capability to perform makeup, waxing or lash treatments and to drive sales through service-based consultations.

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a certified cosmetology, esthetics or beauty program preferred.
