Sephora Licensed Beauty Advisor

- Deliver professional beauty services in the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application per Sephora’s service menu.
- Drive sales and service revenue by recommending products, rebooking appointments and converting consultations into purchases.
- Maintain active state licensure and adhere to all hygiene, health and safety protocols and company standards.
- Educate and inspire clients on product usage, trends and routines to build lasting client relationships and loyalty.
- Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented environment and support store operational needs including peak-period coverage (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Active, valid license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash application in the state where services will be provided.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar beauty-services role or in retail, hospitality or customer-service environments.
- Availability to meet the store’s minimum weekly shifts for a part-time schedule (15–29 hours) and to work retail peak hours.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform duties that require standing for extended periods.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, esthetician or equivalent certification as required by state licensure regulations.
