1. Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application according to Sephora’s services menu.
2. Drive sales and service metrics by recommending products, performing services, rebooking clients and converting service interactions into product sales.
3. Maintain active state licensure and comply with health, safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
4. Remain current on beauty trends and product knowledge to educate clients and inform retail recommendations.
5. Promote an inclusive, team-oriented environment and adhere to Sephora’s customer service and operational standards.
6. Work a flexible schedule that meets store staffing needs, including nights, weekends and holidays; meet required minimum weekly hours for part-time status.

1. Active, state-valid license to provide waxing, makeup and false-lash services in the state where services are performed.
2. 1–3 years of experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or a client-facing service role.
3. Demonstrated product knowledge across makeup, skincare and lash products and ability to teach clients.
4. Proven ability to build rapport and deliver personalized client service that generates rebookings and repeat business.
5. Capacity to work a flexible schedule and maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by in-store operations.

1–3 years of experience in a beauty-services role, retail sales, hospitality, or a comparable client-facing environment; prior hands-on experience delivering makeup, waxing and lash services preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, esthetics or related certification/education is a plus.
