Sephora Licensed Beauty Advisor

- Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application according to Sephora’s services menu.
- Drive sales and service metrics by recommending products, performing services, rebooking clients and converting service interactions into product sales.
- Maintain active state licensure and comply with health, safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Remain current on beauty trends and product knowledge to educate clients and inform retail recommendations.
- Promote an inclusive, team-oriented environment and adhere to Sephora’s customer service and operational standards.
- Work a flexible schedule that meets store staffing needs, including nights, weekends and holidays; meet required minimum weekly hours for part-time status.
- Active, state-valid license to provide waxing, makeup and false-lash services in the state where services are performed.
- 1–3 years of experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or a client-facing service role.
- Demonstrated product knowledge across makeup, skincare and lash products and ability to teach clients.
- Proven ability to build rapport and deliver personalized client service that generates rebookings and repeat business.
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule and maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by in-store operations.
