Sephora Licensed Beauty Advisor

- Deliver professional beauty services (makeup application, waxing, false eyelash application and other services on Sephora’s Beauty Services menu) with consistent quality and adherence to hygiene standards.
- Drive sales and service results by consulting clients, recommending products, rebooking appointments, and meeting individual and store targets.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product and trend knowledge to educate and inspire clients, providing personalized recommendations and tutorials.
- Keep professional licenses current and strictly follow health, safety and sanitation protocols for all treatments.
- Support an inclusive, collaborative store culture by participating in team initiatives, trainings and cross‑functional activities.
- Adhere to Sephora policies and service standards to ensure a safe, welcoming and efficient retail experience for clients and colleagues.
- Be reliably available for scheduled shifts, including peak retail hours (evenings, weekends and holidays), and meet minimum shift/hours requirements.
- Active state license authorizing waxing, makeup and false eyelash application for services performed in California.
- 1–3 years’ experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or a related client‑facing role (entry‑level candidates with strong service orientation may be considered).
- Demonstrable product knowledge across skincare, color cosmetics and beauty tools and familiarity with current beauty trends and techniques.
- Proven ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting client relationships.
- Availability for part‑time schedule (15–29 hrs/week), including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
