1. Deliver professional beauty services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu, including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application.
2. Drive sales and service rebookings by educating clients, recommending products and converting consultations into retail purchases.
3. Maintain active professional licensure and adhere to all health, safety and sanitation protocols.
4. Provide personalised client consultations to build lasting relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
5. Contribute to a culture of inclusion, teamwork and adherence to Sephora operational standards.
6. Meet scheduling expectations and minimum weekly shift requirements; be available during peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

1. Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash services where services are provided.
2. 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or client-facing service environments.
3. Thorough knowledge of beauty products, trends and application techniques.
4. Demonstrated ability to deliver personalised client service and achieve sales/service targets.
5. Reliable attendance, punctuality and the ability to meet required weekly shift minimums.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
