1. Deliver and rebook beauty services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu, including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application.
2. Provide tailored client consultations to recommend products and techniques that meet individual needs and preferences.
3. Drive sales and achieve store performance goals through service conversion, product sales and client relationship building.
4. Maintain active professional licensure and rigorously adhere to health, safety and hygiene protocols.
5. Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented store culture and uphold Sephora’s customer service and operational standards.
6. Remain current on beauty trends and product knowledge and share expertise with clients and colleagues.

1. Active, state-recognized license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application in the state of service.
2. 1–3 years of experience in a comparable role or within retail, hospitality or service-oriented environments.
3. Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and cultivate repeat clientele.
4. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
