Sephora Inbound Operations Supervisor

- Manage day-to-day inbound operations for a designated department within the Omni‑Channel Distribution Center to meet productivity, quality, safety and housekeeping targets.
- Spend the majority of time on the operational floor coaching, developing and providing performance feedback to associates and temporary/agency staff.
- Plan and prioritise work to meet established timelines and ensure smooth shift-to-shift transitions and start‑ups.
- Set and communicate clear productivity expectations and monitor KPIs; take corrective action to drive results.
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and quality, and partner with leadership to implement changes.
- Administer company policies fairly, counsel associates on performance and behaviour, and support employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
- Drive and enforce safety programmes, ensuring a compliant and secure working environment.
- 3–5 years of experience in distribution centre operations in a high‑volume, technology‑enabled environment.
- Minimum 2 years of direct people leadership experience supervising hourly teams, including temporary/agency employees.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfortable using computer/store systems and basic warehouse technologies.
- Flexible availability to work nights, overnights, weekends, early mornings and holidays as required.
- Consistent and reliable attendance; ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and remain on foot for the duration of a shift.

Requires 3–5 years of progressive experience in distribution centre operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead capacity within a high‑throughput, technology-enabled DC.
High school diploma or GED required; post‑secondary coursework or an associate's degree in logistics, supply chain or a related field preferred.
