1. Act as a strategic partner to Retail Operations and Area Managers, aligning business performance with people priorities.
2. Lead workforce and performance discussions, utilizing KPIs to define corrective actions.

4. Ensure fair and compliant application of HR frameworks, policies, and standards.
5. Drive sustainable workforce planning and staffing stability across the retail organization.
6. Advise on complex people matters, aligning business objectives with employee impact and legal requirements.
7. Facilitate the performance management cycle and promote high-quality development outcomes.
8. Lead talent identification and succession planning to maintain strong talent pipelines.
9. Manage employee relations risk and ensure compliant handling of people matters.
10. Analyze workforce metrics to generate actionable insights and drive HR initiatives.

1. University degree in Economics or a comparable field.
2. At least 5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in retail or multi-site structures.

3. Consulting skills, including diagnosis, hypothesis, intervention, and measurement.
4. Stakeholder management in a retail field environment.

7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Conflict resolution and problem-solving mindset.

A minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a dynamic environment, ideally within retail or multi-site structures, with a proven track record in reducing turnover and improving staffing stability.

University degree in Economics or a comparable field.
