1. Lead and support the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
2. Model the Sephora experience to customers, embodying the brand's prestige beauty ethos.
3. Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching.
4. Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with management.
5. Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team.
6. Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team member matters.
7. Oversee operations across beauty, skincare, haircare, wellness, sales, and management.

1. Previous retail management experience in profit and loss, sales forecasting, and people management.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
3. Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

4. Strong drive for achieving sales targets and KPIs.

Minimum of 3 years in retail management.

$32.24/hr plus superannuation, commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
