Sephora Digital & Social Media Intern

- Support the Digital Media Team in day-to-day operations and contribute to execution across the DENS hub (Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark).
- Assist in planning and coordinating Paid Social and full‑funnel co‑advertising campaigns across formats including Display, DOOH, Video and Performance channels.
- Develop clear, precise creative briefings to guide media and creative production and optimise campaign performance.
- Coordinate and align activity between media and creative agencies and internal stakeholders (including HQ in Paris) to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Maintain centralised campaign documentation, assets and filing systems to ensure structured access and auditability.
- Support performance tracking and reporting to help ensure campaigns meet delivery timelines and KPI targets.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in marketing, communications, digital media, business or a related field.
- Organised and able to maintain an overview of multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong interest in digital marketing trends and a genuine passion for the beauty industry.
- Confident user of social media platforms and digital channels for marketing purposes.
- Excellent communicator in English; comfortable collaborating in an international, cross‑market context.
