Sephora Department Manager - Makeup

1. Provide active support and guidance to team members in the Makeup, Skin Care & Hair Care, and Fragrance departments.
2. Lead, coach, and develop the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
3. Act as a role model by embodying the Sephora Attitude and transmitting the Sephora DNA.
4. Communicate sales targets clearly and motivate the team to achieve them.
5. Manage merchandise from receipt to storage, including write-offs, returns, and tester management.
6. Collaborate on visual merchandising, brand updates, and in-store animations.
7. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

1. Experience in retail and team leadership, preferably in a premium or service-oriented environment.
2. At least 3 years of professional experience in makeup.

1. Strong understanding of retail KPIs and store operations.
2. Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
3. Fluency in English and the native language of the country.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the makeup industry.
