Sephora Business Analyst - Data and Supply Chain

1. Lead Supply Chain collaboration with brands, coordinating with Central, Offer, and Supply teams.
2. Define the roadmap and brand segmentation by collaboration level and reporting.
3. Manage supplier interactions and monitor action plans.
4. Implement new management approaches for newly onboarded brands.
5. Prepare onboarding materials for new suppliers.
6. Analyze, secure, and share data on internal Supply Chain performance.
7. Communicate Supply performance by brand to internal stakeholders and top management.
8. Provide tools and produce reporting for Offer teams.
9. Relay Supply Chain indicators and priorities, including data analysis and trend identification.
10. Promote Supply Chain topics through process documentation, training, and communication.
11. Develop and implement collaborative solutions to improve Supply Chain and Offer efficiency.
12. Play a key role in flow transformation and negotiation partnerships.
13. Manage new or upcoming needs related to logistics and compliance.
14. Contribute to launch-related tool projects and ensure data alignment with Global teams.
15. Manage and upgrade tools and data for brand performance monitoring.

1. Graduate from a generalist engineering school or business school.
2. Strong previous experience as a Data Analyst in the Supply Chain field.

2. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with a pedagogical approach and ability to influence.
4. Pragmatic mindset with the ability to take a step back.
5. Dynamic, curious, and proactive.
6. Fluent in English.
7. Strong interest in retail and cosmetics.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst within the Supply Chain field.

Graduate from a generalist engineering school or business school.
