1. Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients to make informed purchases.
3. Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store KPIs and sales goals.
4. Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized and visually on-brand.
5. Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice and repeat business.
6. Promote an inclusive, collaborative environment and uphold Sephora’s policies for a safe and welcoming client experience.
7. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; meet minimum weekly shift/hour requirements and maintain reliable attendance.

1. Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing environment with demonstrated customer-service aptitude.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and the ability to convey confidence and enthusiasm to clients.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
4. Quick learner able to absorb and share product knowledge and application techniques.
5. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing, bending and light physical tasks typical of retail roles.
6. Reliable punctuality and availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
