1. Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations that meet each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
3. Drive sales and exceed store KPIs through proactive clienteling, product demonstrations and follow-up.
4. Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities and ensure a clean, organized, welcoming retail environment.
5. Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
6. Adhere to company policies and safety standards while fostering an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere.
7. Be reliably scheduled and available for required weekly shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

1. Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build client relationships.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and product education; eager to learn and share product knowledge.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team player.
4. Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and to work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform typical retail duties.
6. Punctuality, reliable attendance and professionalism in customer-facing situations.

Entry-level role appropriate for candidates with some prior retail, hospitality or client-facing experience; demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and cultivate repeat clients is required.
