Sephora Beauty Consultant (Part-time)

1. Provide personalised product recommendations and demonstrations based on each client's needs and preferences.
2. Execute active selling to achieve individual and store sales targets while promoting a wide range of beauty brands.
3. Deliver client service in accordance with the Sephora Attitude standards to build and maintain long-term relationships.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards: ensure product displays are clean, well-stocked and presentation-led.
5. Collaborate with the store team to support store operations, promotions and events, including weekend trading.

1. Minimum three years of professional experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably within beauty or luxury retail.
2. Proven ability to build rapport with clients and deliver high-quality, consultative service.
3. Strong interest and knowledge of beauty products and current trends.
4. Flexible availability with commitment to work selected Saturdays and trading Sundays.
5. Communicative level of English preferred; makeup application experience is an advantage.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles, ideally within the beauty or luxury sectors, with demonstrated results in achieving sales objectives and building client loyalty.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in cosmetology, makeup artistry or retail sales is a plus.
