Sephora Beauty Consultant (Part-time)

1. Advise clients on skincare, makeup and fragrance solutions tailored to individual needs and preferences.
2. Proactively drive sales and contribute to achieving individual and store targets.
3. Deliver an elevated client experience in line with Sephora’s service standards (Sephora Attitude), building long-term client relationships and loyalty.
4. Maintain product presentation and visual merchandising standards, including cleanliness, stock replenishment and accurate shelving.
5. Work collaboratively with the store team to support daily retail operations and promotional activities.
6. Be available to work scheduled weekends, including selected Saturdays and designated trade Sundays.

1. Minimum three years’ experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably within the beauty sector.
2. Demonstrable ability to build rapport quickly and deliver consultative client service.
3. Solid product knowledge and a genuine interest in beauty trends and new launches.
4. Team-oriented mindset with a track record of contributing to collective goals.
5. Full availability for the agreed part-time schedule, including the ability to work several Saturdays and trade Sundays.
6. Preferred: communicative level of English and experience in makeup application.

Minimum three years of professional experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally within cosmetics, beauty or luxury retail environments.

Secondary education or equivalent; vocational training or certification in cosmetics/makeup is advantageous.
