1. Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise through in-store demonstrations, application techniques and education to empower clients.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, new launches and category innovations to provide relevant advice.
4. Achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs through consultative selling and client relationship development.
5. Support merchandising, inventory tasks and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salesfloor.
6. Promote an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe customer experience.
7. Adhere to scheduling requirements and ensure punctual, consistent attendance including nights, weekends and holidays.
