1. Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each customer's needs and preferences.
2. Educate and empower clients by sharing product knowledge, application techniques and regimen advice.
3. Maintain up-to-date awareness of new products, techniques and beauty trends to inform client recommendations.
4. Drive sales performance and contribute to store targets and key performance indicators.
5. Manage merchandising and stock presentation to ensure a clean, organised and welcoming sales floor.
6. Be available and reliable for scheduled shifts during peak trading hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

6. Flexible availability to meet minimum shift/hour requirements and cover peak trading periods.
