Sephora Beauty Advisor

- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet clients’ beauty needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients with application techniques and product knowledge.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities and ensure the sales floor and displays are clean, organized and on-brand.

- Passion for beauty, trends and empowering client confidence.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with consultative selling.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work standing for extended periods.
