- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients with application tips and product knowledge.
- Drive sales by meeting and exceeding store KPIs and individual performance targets.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities, and ensure a clean, organised and inviting sales floor.

- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with a track record of excellent service and relationship-building.

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable conducting one-on-one consultations.
- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and commitment to punctuality.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level — previous retail, hospitality or customer-facing experience preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent client service is valued.
