1. Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients with application tips and product knowledge.
3. Drive sales by meeting and exceeding store KPIs and individual performance targets.
4. Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities, and ensure a clean, organised and inviting sales floor.
5. Stay current with beauty trends and new product launches to provide relevant, trend-aware advice.
6. Foster an inclusive team environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming client experience.

1. Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with a track record of excellent service and relationship-building.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
3. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable conducting one-on-one consultations.
4. Reliable availability for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and commitment to punctuality.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level — previous retail, hospitality or customer-facing experience preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent client service is valued.
