1. Greet customers and deliver a distinctive, memorable shopping experience through tailored advice and attentive service.
2. Conduct personalised consultations and product recommendations based on client profiles and needs.
3. Build and nurture client relationships, driving customer loyalty and repeat business through effective clienteling.
4. Support the Store Manager and Specialists with daily store operations and execution of visual merchandising standards.
5. Contribute to achieving store sales targets and KPIs by executing promotional initiatives and sales actions.
6. Organise and manage the stockroom, handle deliveries and maintain accurate inventory control.
7. Foster a collaborative team environment by sharing best practices, celebrating successes and supporting colleagues.

1. Previous experience in sales, promotion or beauty consultancy roles preferred, ideally within dynamic or multinational retail environments.
2. Familiarity with retail commerce KPIs and a results-oriented approach to achieving targets.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with empathy, dynamism and a client-first mindset.
4. Team-player attitude with the ability to collaborate across store teams and support leadership.

Entry-level role; prior experience in sales assistant, promoter or beauty consultant positions is preferred but not mandatory. Experience within fast-paced retail or multinational environments is an advantage.

Secondary school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training or certification in cosmetics, beauty therapy or retail is a plus.
