Sephora Taiyuan is hiring a full-time Beauty Advisor to provide makeup, skincare and fragrance consultations and support store sales and merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional consultations in makeup, skincare and fragrance to customers, following Sephora service standards and hygiene protocols.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs by identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products and executing targeted selling techniques.
- Support daily store operations including cashiering, accurate checkout following company promotions and CRM procedures, and ensuring cash safety.
- Execute merchandising and display responsibilities: replenish stock, maintain visual standards, keep testers and fixtures clean, and implement promotional displays.
- Manage inventory tasks: receive and return goods, conduct stock counts, apply FIFO for product rotation and follow 5S warehouse practices.
- Participate in required trainings and brand/region learning programs, share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to personal development plans.
- Comply with company policies and complete other store tasks assigned by store management.
Qualifications
- Genuine enthusiasm for cosmetics, beauty and fashion.
- Proactive learner with a willingness to complete product and service training.
- Positive, articulate communicator with strong client-facing skills.
- Team-oriented attitude and ability to collaborate with store colleagues.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or client-facing experience in beauty or cosmetics is preferred but not mandatory; demonstrated sales experience and familiarity with product consultation are advantageous.
