1. Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations to each client to meet individual needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance and proactively educate clients on application and routine.
3. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client relationship development.
4. Support merchandising, inventory tasks and visual standards to maintain an organised, on-brand and welcoming store environment.
5. Be available for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends and holidays; meet the minimum required weekly shifts/hours for a Flex schedule.
6. Adhere to Sephora Canada policies to ensure a safe, inclusive and customer-focused shopping experience.

1. Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a similar customer-service environment.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
4. Reliable, punctual and able to maintain consistent attendance during required shifts.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level / beginner — previous experience in retail, hospitality or a client-focused environment is preferred and demonstrable ability to deliver excellent customer service is required.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
