Sephora Beauty Advisor

- Deliver personalized in‑store beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client follow‑up.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory activities, and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and inviting.
- Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, trend‑aware advice.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture that prioritizes excellent service, punctuality and reliable attendance.
- Previous customer‑facing experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment with demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships.
- Passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge with a proactive attitude toward learning.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to consult confidently with diverse clientele.
- Availability for flexible retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays and commitment to meet required weekly shift minimums (Full Time: 30–40 hrs/week).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine retail duties.
