1. Deliver personalised client consultations and product recommendations to meet individual beauty needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate deep product knowledge to educate and empower clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance categories.
3. Maintain up-to-date awareness of beauty trends, product launches and techniques to ensure relevant, on-trend advice.
4. Drive sales and achieve key performance indicators through consultative selling and client relationship development.
5. Support merchandising and inventory processes to ensure a tidy, well-stocked and visually compelling sales floor.
6. Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team culture and uphold Sephora Canada’s operational standards and policies.
7. Be reliably available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

1. Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment preferred.
2. Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and customer empowerment.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented team and adapt quickly to product training.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform tasks required on the sales floor.

Entry-level position; previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing role is preferred but not required. Candidates should demonstrate strong customer-service aptitude and a willingness to learn product techniques and sales methods.
