Sephora Beauty Advisor (Part-time)

- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that meet each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients on makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to key performance indicators through consultative selling.
- Support visual merchandising, inventory management and maintain a clean, organized and welcoming retail environment.
- Promote an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and adhere to Sephora’s standards, policies and loss-prevention practices.
- Be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and maintain reliable attendance.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment with demonstrated customer-service skills.
- Passion for beauty products, trends and client empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a goal-oriented environment.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds as required by store operations.
