Sephora Beauty Advisor (Part-Time)

1. Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client's needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on makeup, skincare and fragrance techniques.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, product launches and application methods to provide relevant advice.
4. Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through clienteling and effective selling techniques.
5. Support store operations including inventory management, merchandising and maintaining a clean, inviting sales floor.
6. Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold company policies and customer service standards.
7. Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet peak retail demand.

1. Previous experience delivering excellent client service in retail, hospitality or a client-facing environment preferred.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge with the ability to translate expertise into client recommendations.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building long-term client relationships.
4. Reliable availability for scheduled shifts and peak trading hours; punctuality and consistent attendance required.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed for stock and merchandising tasks.

Entry-level role; prior retail or hospitality experience with demonstrated customer-service aptitude is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should be quick learners, able to absorb product knowledge and apply it in client interactions.
