Sephora Beauty Advisor (Part-Time)

- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on makeup, skincare and fragrance techniques.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, product launches and application methods to provide relevant advice.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through clienteling and effective selling techniques.
- Support store operations including inventory management, merchandising and maintaining a clean, inviting sales floor.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold company policies and customer service standards.
- Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet peak retail demand.
- Previous experience delivering excellent client service in retail, hospitality or a client-facing environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge with the ability to translate expertise into client recommendations.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building long-term client relationships.
- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts and peak trading hours; punctuality and consistent attendance required.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed for stock and merchandising tasks.
