1. Deliver personalized, consultative beauty services and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
3. Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
4. Maintain store presentation, merchandising standards, inventory accuracy and a clean, welcoming environment.
5. Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to offer relevant advice.
6. Foster an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and uphold company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

1. Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment preferred.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and empowering client confidence.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
4. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; meet minimum weekly shift/hours requirements.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform retail duties throughout a shift.
