Sephora Beauty Advisor (Part-time)

1. Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance and provide in-store education to empower clients.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to sustain relevance and client trust.
4. Drive sales performance and achieve individual and store KPIs through consultative selling and clienteling.
5. Support merchandising, inventory duties and visual presentation to ensure an organised, inviting retail environment.
6. Promote an inclusive, collaborative atmosphere and adhere to Sephora operational and safety standards.
7. Be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays and maintain reliable attendance.

1. Prior customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-service environment preferred.
2. Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for consultative selling.
4. Collaborative team player who thrives in a goal-oriented environment.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform retail duties throughout a shift.
