Sephora Beauty Advisor (Part-time)

- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations to meet individual client needs and build lasting client relationships.

- Stay current with beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant advice and drive repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and effective client engagement.
- Support store operations including inventory, merchandising and maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture, upholding Sephora standards and company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility to work peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service in retail, hospitality or a client-facing environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Adaptable, quick learner able to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; punctuality and consistent attendance required.
- Availability to meet required minimum weekly shifts and work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
