- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Keep current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to sustain client loyalty.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store KPIs.
- Support merchandising, inventory control and loss-prevention to maintain visual standards and stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming retail environment that reflects brand standards.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture and uphold company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.
- Work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays as required by peak retail operations.
- Previous experience providing excellent customer service in retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles preferred.
- Demonstrated passion for beauty products, trends and client empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused attitude.
- Team player comfortable in a collaborative, target-driven environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and share product knowledge with clients and colleagues.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; punctual with consistent attendance.

Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate strong customer-service aptitude and a passion for beauty.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
