1. Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools; educate and empower clients on usage and application.
3. Stay informed on beauty trends and new product launches to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
4. Achieve sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling, clienteling and follow-up.
5. Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organised, and welcoming sales floor.
6. Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe customer experience.
7. Be available for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holiday periods and maintain punctual attendance.

1. Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing customer service experience preferred.
2. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
3. Passion for beauty, trends and product education.
4. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented environment.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Entry-level role; prior experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment is preferred but not required. Candidates should demonstrate strong customer service aptitude and an eagerness to learn.

High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, beauty or retail certifications are advantageous but not required.
