1. Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations across makeup, skincare and fragrance to meet individual client needs.
2. Demonstrate product knowledge and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and regimen building.
3. Stay informed of beauty trends and new product launches to offer current and relevant advice.
4. Drive sales and achieve key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
5. Support store operations including merchandising, inventory maintenance, and presentation to ensure a welcoming retail environment.
6. Uphold company standards for safety, loss prevention and customer service; contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
7. Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility to work peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

1. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles preferred but not required.
2. Passion for beauty, trends, and helping clients feel confident.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport quickly.
4. Ability to learn and retain product knowledge and translate it into client recommendations.
5. Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when required.
6. Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Entry-level role. Previous retail, hospitality, or client-service experience is advantageous but not mandatory; candidates should demonstrate strong customer service aptitude.
