Sephora Beauty Advisor

- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations across makeup, skincare and fragrance to meet individual client needs.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and regimen building.
- Stay informed of beauty trends and new product launches to offer current and relevant advice.
- Drive sales and achieve key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Support store operations including merchandising, inventory maintenance, and presentation to ensure a welcoming retail environment.
- Uphold company standards for safety, loss prevention and customer service; contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
- Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility to work peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles preferred but not required.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport quickly.
- Ability to learn and retain product knowledge and translate it into client recommendations.
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when required.
- Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
