1. Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and build long-term relationships.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools; educate and empower clients with up-to-date beauty knowledge.
3. Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory activities, and ensure a clean, organised and welcoming sales floor.
5. Keep abreast of beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, current advice.
6. Work flexible hours and reliably cover scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, to support peak retail operations.

1. Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment preferred.
2. Passion for beauty, cosmetics and current trends with the ability to translate knowledge into recommendations.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; strong emphasis on client service and relationship building.
4. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform duties that require standing for extended periods.

Entry-level. Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing role is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, beauty or makeup certifications are a plus.
