- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and educate clients on makeup, skincare and fragrance to drive confidence and repeat business.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, assist with inventory and ensure a clean, organized and welcoming sales floor.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora’s service and safety standards.
- Be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; ensure punctuality and reliable attendance.
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-focused role preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills and a consultative selling approach.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick learner able to absorb product knowledge and translate it for clients.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; reliable availability for scheduled shifts (including nights, weekends and holidays).
