1. Deliver personalised, high‑quality consultations and product recommendations across make‑up, skincare and fragrance to every client.
2. Drive sales and contribute to store targets through proactive selling, product demonstrations and tailored client experiences.
3. Maintain visual merchandising, stock presentation and an orderly, customer‑friendly sales floor.
4. Participate in in‑store trainings and continuous professional development to deepen product and category expertise.
5. Foster a collaborative, respectful team atmosphere and support colleagues during peak trading periods.
6. Provide after‑sales service and follow up to build long‑term client relationships and loyalty.

1. Minimum 3 years' experience in retail, beauty sales or customer‑facing roles.
2. High school diploma (Baccalaureate) — mandatory.
3. Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
4. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; client‑centric attitude.
5. Flexibility to work full‑time shifts, including weekends and peak trading hours.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, beauty sales or customer service roles; prior experience within cosmetics or perfumery is an advantage.

High school diploma (Baccalaureate) required.
