1. Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
3. Drive sales performance and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
4. Remain current on product launches, techniques and beauty trends to provide relevant advice.
5. Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organised sales floor.
6. Promote an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
7. Adhere to scheduling requirements and maintain punctuality and reliable attendance during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

1. Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing role with demonstrated customer service ability.
2. Genuine passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Collaborative team player with a goal-oriented mindset.
5. Ability to learn product information quickly and share knowledge with clients.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
